Jordaar Sujatha, Pavani Gangireddy and Deviyani Sharma play their wives Hymavathi, Madhuri and Rekha. Save the Tigers Web Series Cast

Priyadarshi Pulikonda as Ghanta Ravi

Priyadarshi Pulikonda plays Ghanta Ravi, a dairy-business owner who is proud of his work even when members of his family are less enthusiastic about it. Ravi is outspoken, emotional and often quick to react, especially when he feels his position as a husband or father is being challenged. His arguments with Hymavathi are a major source of comedy, but the series also shows his strong attachment to his daughters and his family.

Abhinav Gomatam as Rahul

Abhinav Gomatam plays Rahul, a man who leaves a conventional job to pursue writing. His decision gives him freedom but also creates financial and domestic pressure because his wife Madhuri has a stable medical career while he struggles to establish himself as a freelance writer. Rahul’s insecurity, sarcasm and tendency to turn small incidents into bigger problems make him one of the show’s most consistently comic characters.

Chaitanya Krishna as Vikram

Chaitanya Krishna appears as Vikram, a corporate professional who begins the series under constant pressure from his demanding boss. Vikram is married to Rekha, a lawyer, and their relationship often becomes a battle of expectations, communication and ego. Compared with Ravi and Rahul, he initially appears more controlled, but his work stress and marital frustrations repeatedly pull him into the trio’s chaotic decisions.

Jordaar Sujatha as Hymavathi

Jordaar Sujatha plays Hymavathi, Ravi’s wife and a beautician. She is practical, outspoken and unwilling to quietly accept Ravi’s excuses or impulsive behaviour. Her relationship with Ravi moves between loud arguments and genuine affection, and their family scenes give the series much of its grounded, middle-class humour.

Pavani Gangireddy as Madhuri

Pavani Gangireddy plays Madhuri, Rahul’s wife and a doctor. Madhuri is responsible and professionally settled, which makes Rahul’s uncertain career an important point of tension in their marriage. The series avoids presenting her simply as an obstacle to Rahul; instead, many of their arguments come from different ideas about responsibility, ambition and partnership.

Deviyani Sharma as Rekha

Deviyani Sharma plays Rekha, Vikram’s wife and a lawyer. Rekha is confident and independent, and she frequently challenges Vikram when she believes he is being unreasonable. Their marriage becomes especially important as the series examines how professional pressure, misunderstandings and outside attention can weaken trust between partners.

Gangavva as Poshavva

Gangavva appears as Poshavva, Ravi’s mother. She lives with Ravi’s family and contributes to the generational humour inside the household. Her direct observations and traditional outlook often add another layer to Ravi and Hymavathi’s already complicated domestic life.

Rohini as Lakshmi

Rohini plays Lakshmi, the house help in Rahul and Madhuri’s home. Lakshmi is sharp-tongued and observant, and she often comments on Rahul’s lack of a regular job with little hesitation. Her exchanges with Rahul turn everyday household situations into some of the show’s lighter comic moments.

Satya Krishnan as Spandana

Satya Krishnan plays Spandana, a psychiatrist who becomes connected with the three couples. Her conversations with the wives provide a different perspective on the marital conflicts, while her own personal story gradually becomes part of the wider narrative.

Venu Yeldandi as Vijaykanth

Venu Yeldandi appears as Vijaykanth, a television personality whose path crosses with the Tigers. His earlier interactions with Rahul create a comic rivalry, and later developments connect him more closely with Spandana and the continuing family story.

Seerat Kapoor as Hamsalekha

Seerat Kapoor plays film actress Hamsalekha, whose disappearance becomes a major plot point linking the first-season finale with the second season. Her case pulls Ravi, Rahul and Vikram into police suspicion and gives the series a mystery thread alongside its domestic comedy.

Darshana Banik as Harika

Darshana Banik appears as Harika in Season 2. Her growing closeness to Vikram creates fresh tension in his relationship with Rekha and pushes the marriage into a more serious phase. Harika’s presence becomes important to the second season’s exploration of trust and emotional boundaries.

Other notable cast members include:

Save the Tigers Web Series Story

The story begins with Ravi, Rahul and Vikram landing at a police station after a drink-and-drive incident. The three men do not know one another well at first, but their shared frustration with married life quickly creates a bond. As they explain how they ended up drinking together, the narrative moves into their separate homes and shows the problems that each man believes his wife is creating.

Ravi feels that Hymavathi and his family do not respect his dairy business enough. Rahul is struggling to build a writing career while Madhuri carries a stable professional workload as a doctor. Vikram, meanwhile, is exhausted by his corporate job and often carries that frustration into his marriage with Rekha. Their complaints bring them together, but the series gradually makes it clear that the wives have equally valid reasons to be frustrated.

The first season mixes these domestic conflicts with a missing-person mystery involving actress Hamsalekha. The Tigers accidentally become connected with the case, and the season ends with the police turning their attention back to them. The mystery gives the comedy a larger story while keeping the focus on the trio’s tendency to create new problems while trying to escape old ones.

Season 2 continues from the Hamsalekha investigation and widens the story around all three marriages. Rahul’s career frustrations continue, Ravi faces new pressures involving money and his children, and Vikram’s growing connection with Harika causes serious strain with Rekha. The women also develop stronger bonds of their own, meaning the story is no longer told mainly from the husbands’ point of view.

Season 3 takes the series into a more unusual socio-fantasy direction. Ravi, Rahul and Vikram once again complain about their lives, but this time their frustration leads to a strange intervention involving Lord Indra and an alternate reality. The three men encounter versions of life in which power, responsibilities and relationships have shifted. What initially looks like an escape from their familiar problems becomes a lesson in how much their families actually matter to them.

The third season uses the alternate-world idea to revisit the central theme of Save the Tigers: people often notice the burden of a relationship before they notice its value. As the Tigers confront different versions of themselves and their lives, the humour becomes a way of testing whether they have learned anything from the chaos of the previous seasons.

What Kind of Series Is Save the Tigers?

Save the Tigers is primarily a Telugu family comedy-drama about marriage, friendship and everyday middle-class pressures. Its humour comes from recognisable domestic situations rather than from a single high-concept plot. Ravi, Rahul and Vikram often describe themselves as victims of married life, but the show repeatedly turns the same situations around to reveal what their wives are dealing with.

The series also changes its storytelling style from season to season. The first season combines domestic comedy with a missing-actress mystery, the second expands the family and relationship conflicts, and the third introduces a fantasy-style alternate-world device. Despite those changes, the core remains the friendship between the three Tigers and their gradual understanding that marriage is more complicated than simply deciding who is right and who is wrong.
