Malai Web Series Cast
Ankita Singh as Renu
Ankita Singh plays Renu, the central character around whom most of the story develops. Renu is married, but her husband’s frequent absence creates emotional distance in the household. Shyna Khatri as Shilpa
Shyna Khatri appears as Shilpa. Her character becomes part of the wider relationship drama surrounding Renu and the family. Shilpa is one of the recurring characters across the series and contributes to the tension that develops between the people living around the same household.

Malai Web Series Story
Malai revolves around Renu, a married woman whose husband is frequently away because of work. The lack of attention in her marriage leaves her emotionally dissatisfied, and the situation becomes more complicated when other members of the family enter the picture.
A major turning point comes when Renu discovers adult videos on Rahul’s phone. What begins as a private discovery leads to tension between the two and becomes the trigger for a series of increasingly awkward situations inside the household.
The arrival and involvement of Mama Ji add another layer to the story. Renu, Rahul and the other family members become caught in a web of secrecy, attraction and mistrust, with one incident leading to another.
The second part continues the same storyline rather than starting a new plot. It develops the consequences of the earlier interactions and brings the central household conflict closer to a conclusion.
Malai is intended for adult audiences and uses mature relationship themes as its main storytelling device. At the same time, its basic structure remains simple: a small number of characters, one household and a chain of personal decisions that create new complications.

What Kind of Series Is Malai?
Malai is a short adult relationship drama rather than a large-scale thriller or multi-character crime series. Most of its conflict comes from secrecy and changing relationships within the same family environment.
Its five-episode structure keeps the plot compact, while Ankita Singh’s Renu remains the main connecting character across both parts. Shyna Khatri, Lucky Saini, Sahil Tyagi and Sanjay Bharadwaj form the principal supporting cast around her.
